When you benefit from aloyemek.com services, certain information is collected to carry out processes such as completing your membership registration, providing you with the requested products/services, and processing payments.
 
When users wish to place orders, convey requests, suggestions, and complaints to aloyemek.com, or for other reasons, they provide their information to aloyemek.com. In this case, certain information such as users' name-surname, contact details, payment information, request, suggestion, complaint information is collected.

To communicate with users, to finalize user requests and complaints,
To carry out finance and accounting processes related to payments,
To promote our services; to conduct advertising and campaign processes,

In this context, your information may be shared with our business partners and suppliers from whom support is received within the scope of product/service supply. 4. Storage and Protection of Your Information
Your information is stored for as long as required by our purpose of collecting the information. If the legislation prescribes a specific period for storing your information, this period is complied with. Aloyemek.com takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the systems, servers, and databases where your information is stored against data security threats (cyber-attacks, hacking, etc.).
The User accepts that they are fully responsible for the security, storage, and keeping confidential from third parties of the system access tools (username, password, etc.) they use to benefit from the services provided by aloyemek.com.
5. Accuracy and Currency of Your Information
The accuracy and currency of the information provided by users are the responsibility of the users. Your information must be communicated to us truthfully and updated if any changes occur. You can update the information you have shared with aloyemek.com at any time by calling aloyemek.com customer service.
When you provide information to aloyemek.com on behalf of someone else, you are deemed to have warranted that this information is correct and that you have the right/are authorized to share this information with aloyemek.com.

Aloyemek.com is not responsible for the policies and practices of these third parties.
7. Changes in the Mobile Application, Website, and This Policy
Aloyemek.com reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the use of the services, information, images, and other elements provided without prior notice.
Aloyemek.com reserves the right to make changes and updates to this Policy. It is the user's responsibility to follow the current version of the Policy.
8. Liability
Aloyemek.com is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages and costs that may arise from any error, interruption, delay, virus, line and/or system failure that may occur during the provision of our services in the electronic environment.
9. Restaurant Information:
"Restaurant owners who register on our site agree to provide the following information to enable users to learn more about their restaurants:
a. Restaurant Phone Order Numbers: Restaurant owners agree to provide a phone number so that customers can place orders by phone.
b. Restaurant Address: Restaurant owners agree to specify the physical address of their restaurant. This address is used to help customers find the restaurant.
c. Restaurant Trade Name: Restaurant owners agree to provide the trade name of their business. This information is used in official documents and the service provided to customers.
d. Displayed on the Restaurant Page: The information specified above is displayed on the restaurant's public page. This ensures that users have access to accurate and up-to-date information about the restaurant.
This information is collected to improve the user experience and increase transparency between restaurant owners and customers. Restaurant owners are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and currency of the information they provide."
 
MEMBER MERCHANT CONDUCT, ORDER, DELIVERY, CANCELLATION AND SANCTIONS POLICY
1. Purpose and Legal Nature
This policy regulates the rules that member merchants providing services through the Aloyemek.com (“Aloyemek”) platform must comply with in their relations with users, Aloyemek employees, field staff, and logistics service providers, as well as the administrative and contractual sanctions that may be applied in case of violation of these rules.
This policy constitutes an integral part of the member merchant agreement and becomes binding upon acceptance by the member merchant.
2. Definitions
User: Real persons who place orders through the Aloyemek platform
Member Merchant: Seller registered on the Aloyemek platform and providing services
Order: Product or service request created through the platform and transmitted to the member merchant
ETS (Estimated Time of Delivery): The time foreseen on the platform for delivery of the order to the user
Severe Violation: Acts that directly and seriously affect user safety, platform integrity, or compliance with applicable legislation
3. Communication and Conduct Rules
3.1 Prohibited Conduct
Member merchants and their employees may not:
Engage in insulting, threatening, coercive, demeaning, harassing, intimidating, or similar behavior toward users, Aloyemek employees, field staff, or couriers.
Disturb users by:
Calling them after an order,
Sending messages,
Contacting them via social media or similar digital channels,
Establishing direct or indirect contact due to comments or ratings.
Use user data for advertising, marketing, campaigns, promotions, or transfer such data to third parties.
Share order- or user-related information and content on social media, messaging applications, or similar platforms.
3.2 Reviews and Ratings
Responses to user reviews must be respectful, moderate, and informative.
The use of profanity, insinuations, mockery, accusatory, threatening, or demeaning language is prohibited.
User reviews are evaluated within the scope of freedom of expression; negative reviews alone do not constitute grounds for sanctions.
4. Order Acceptance and Management Obligations
Member merchants are obliged to approve or reject orders transmitted to them within the timeframes determined in accordance with Aloyemek’s operational standards.
Systematic or continuous rejection of orders, except for technical issues, stock shortages, or force majeure, shall be deemed a violation.
In cases requiring changes to the order content, notification must be made promptly through the Aloyemek system.
5. Preparation Time and Delivery Process
5.1 Delivery Time
Orders must be prepared in accordance with the estimated delivery time specified on the platform.
Consistent and unjustified delays in delivery time are considered performance violations.
5.2 Courier Process
Couriers assigned by Aloyemek or third parties may not be kept waiting without a justified reason.
In case of repeated waiting periods, Aloyemek may temporarily suspend order routing or apply other sanctions.
6. Order Cancellations and Performance Evaluation
Order cancellations arising from reasons within the control of the member merchant are evaluated on weekly and monthly bases.
Cancellation rates reaching extraordinary levels may be subject to the following sanctions:
Notification,
Performance warning,
Temporary suspension of order acceptance,
Termination of the agreement.
During the evaluation process, Aloyemek considers sector averages, the merchant’s historical performance, and the reasons for cancellation together.
7. Returns, Product Safety, and Legal Compliance
All products offered must comply with applicable food, consumer, and hygiene legislation.
The delivery of expired, unsafe, unlabeled, or non-compliant products constitutes a severe violation.
In the event of repeated similar violations, sanctions are increased progressively.
8. Abuse, Manipulation, and Platform Security
The following acts constitute severe violations:
Creating false orders, reviews, or ratings,
Attempts to manipulate rating and ranking systems,
Actions intended to harm competing member merchants,
Abuse of campaigns, coupons, or system vulnerabilities.
If such acts affect user safety or platform integrity, Aloyemek may apply temporary or permanent measures without prior notice.
9. Sanctions and Enforcement Principles
9.1 Progressive Sanction System
Taking into account the nature of the violation, frequency of recurrence, and impact on the platform, Aloyemek may apply one or more of the following sanctions:
Verbal or written warning,
Written notice,
Suspension of order acceptance for a specified period,
Termination of the agreement.
9.2 Termination
In cases of severe violations, Aloyemek may directly terminate the agreement.
For other violations, termination may be considered after the application of progressive sanctions.
10. Right of Defense and Evaluation
Except for severe violations, the member merchant is granted a reasonable period to submit a written defense. The submitted defense is evaluated by Aloyemek, and a decision is made accordingly.
11. Entry into Force and Updates
This policy may be updated by Aloyemek. Updates enter into force upon announcement on the platform and notification provided a reasonable time in advance.
